Hello and welcome to Field Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School.

We are a friendly, one-form entry primary school for children aged between 3 and 11; rooted within our local community, situated in the heart of Batley.

Our vision; Together We Learn perfectly describes the culture and ethos that permeates our school. We have embedded practices that empower children, parents/carers and staff to believe in themselves, develop their creativity and make a positive impact on the world. Everyone feels that they are a part of something bigger. 

Each child is safe, cared for and learns to care for others; is valued for being themselves; is supported in learning to make the right decisions and challenged to be the best they can be.

We are very proud of all our children - the progress they make and all that they achieve under the guidance and care of our wonderful staff team.
